Hi there, I’m Carissa!

At New Seasons Therapy we explore what has worked and what hasn’t, and with that knowledge we can work together to build a better future for you, or your loved one.

Every season is different

We all move through seasons in our lives. Some are worth celebrating and cherishing. Others are hard, and we struggle. Sometimes we just need a pick-me-up. Sometimes we need to build new skills to get through what's in front of us.

My job is to help you understand the season you're in, and to move through it with more clarity, confidence, and care for yourself.

I've spent more than 20 years in the social work field, and I created New Seasons Therapy with one intention: to offer a space where healing feels accessible, personal, and deeply human.

My work is rooted in compassion, clarity, and the belief that meaningful change happens when people feel truly seen.

Why I created this practice

Therapy should feel safe enough to be honest and flexible enough to fit you. My practice is built around a space where you can explore what you want to change, at a pace that respects where you are right now.

In our first three sessions, we get to know each other and create a treatment plan together. We look at your goals, your history, and what's working and what isn't. Then we keep adjusting it as you grow. It's collaborative and goal-oriented, and it's never set in stone.

A space that's yours
